Memo subscriptions are recurring. You are billed on the selected billing schedule until renewal is canceled.

## General policy

In most cases, Memo subscription payments and enterprise licenses are not refundable. Cancellation stops future renewal; it does not automatically refund a period that has already started.

## A web payment looks wrong, duplicated or unexpected

Contact Memo support for review. Include your Memo account email, billing date, amount and currency, receipt or invoice reference, and a short explanation. If you previously canceled, include the confirmation and date. Support will check the payment and subscription before confirming the outcome.

## A payment was billed through the App Store

Use [Apple's Report a Problem page](https://reportaproblem.apple.com/) to request a refund for an Apple-billed purchase. Follow [Apple's refund instructions](https://support.apple.com/en-us/118223). Apple reviews these requests; submitting a request does not guarantee approval.

Apple Pay used on the Memo website is a payment method, not proof that Apple manages the subscription. Check your receipt before choosing the refund route.

## I cannot access the account connected to the charge

Contact support with your former account email and receipt. If you deleted the account, say so. Do not create another paid subscription to resolve an existing charge.

## Stop another renewal

Follow [Cancel Subscription](https://www.memo.cards/help/billing/cancel-subscription) and check the final confirmation. A refund request, account deletion or app uninstall is not a substitute for confirming cancellation.

## What should I share?

Share the account email, date, amount, currency and receipt or invoice reference. Hide full card numbers and security codes in screenshots.
