Canceling stops future renewal. It is separate from requesting a refund or deleting your Memo account.
Sign in to the Memo account that owns the subscription.
Open Settings → Subscription.
Open the cancellation or billing-management flow and follow the prompts through the final confirmation.
Check that your subscription shows cancellation scheduled or an access-end date. Keep the confirmation for your records.
On your iPhone or iPad, open Settings → your name → Subscriptions → Memo → Cancel Subscription. Follow Apple's cancellation guide if you cannot find the subscription or cancel button.
Using Apple Pay on Memo's website is different from buying an App Store subscription. Check your receipt to identify who manages the subscription.
Refresh once and try Settings → Subscription in a regular browser. If you already tried this or the flow still fails, contact support and explicitly say that you want to cancel renewal.
Include your Memo account email, purchase provider, the exact error or blocked step, a screenshot if possible, and the renewal date shown. Mention any steps you have already tried. A frozen screen or an error message is not confirmation that cancellation succeeded.
If the subscription is overdue or an invoice is blocking the flow, ask support to review its billing status. Support must check the account before confirming what action is needed.
Your paid access normally continues until the end date shown for your subscription. After it ends, the account continues on Free. Canceling does not delete your notebooks, flashcards or learning history.
Do not assume that deleting an account or uninstalling the app canceled billing. If you can no longer sign in, contact support with your former account email and receipt so the subscription can be located. For an Apple-billed subscription, also check your Apple subscription settings.
Cancellation and a refund request are separate. See Refund Policy for the request route.
